I have been a fish enthusiast my entire life. When I was three years old I wandered off from my parents in a busy high street, after what must have seemed a life time to them, I was found sitting crossed legged in front of a rack of aquariums in a nearby pet shop surrounded by staff wondering where I had come from. The telling off was worth it.... I was officially hooked.
I have been fortunate enough to be able to take my passion and incorporate it into my work life for the last 21 years. I have worked and managed in some of the best aquatic shops in Kent, both in the shops and on the road maintaining peoples aquariums.
The biggest perk of my work is seeing how excited people get when watching a well maintained aquarium, hearing people saying how clean my displays and set ups look is one of the best feelings in the world.
After many years setting up and maintaining display aquariums, having hundreds of customers ask me if I can make their aquariums look like mine and seeing the level of service being offered to people, it was time I offered my services full time.
I am in the strange position of loving cleaning aquariums, yes I know, the part no one wants to do is the thing I enjoy the most.
I may not own a Ferrari... but I love what I do!
