This customer had recently taken a new job with much higher demands on her time, so unfortunately her aquarium wasn't getting the same level of attention it once did. As a result, it wasn't looking its best and interest was being lost.
This setup had a huge amount of potential, and now working from home more, she wanted something to look at and enjoy again.
Unfortunately, poor original advice had meant her filtration system had been installed incorrectly and wasn't working correctly and nowhere near its full potential, a widespread issue I see a lot of.
After a couple of monster services, deep cleans and some very "excited trips to her local fish shop" she now has a system that can be really enjoyed.
Regular monthly visits keep this system looking immaculate and the plants thriving.
The best thing about this job is seeing customer's enthusiasm return to a hobby they once loved, especially with less time to look after it.
