I was contacted by a customer who was becoming totally disheartened with his aquarium, an incredibly busy job leading to long periods of time away meant the aquarium was getting less and less time.
Marine systems require more regular maintenance than any other, water quality and stability is essential in the successful keeping of fish and invertebrates, but if achieved, a well kept marine system can be stunning.
Testing the water allowed us to work out the best course of action to bring this aquarium back to its best. We scheduled a very deep clean, servicing the filtration system, lighting, substrate and rock work, large water changes have now corrected all the imbalances in water chemistry and we now have a blank canvas ready to create our masterpiece.
We have scheduled a regular maintenance plan to continue the upkeep of the system so it doesn't interfere with a busy work and social life. Now the aquarium can be enjoyed with minimal work and the customer can just sit back and enjoy it.
