Caitlin has had her set up for a while, but has never really been given the right advice and help to really get on top of it.
She was trying her hardest but struggling with the filter and maintenance, as you can see, the tank wasn't looking its best.
After a really deep clean and upgrading the filter, I was able to run through a new regular maintenance programme for Caitlin.
Explaining the process has given Caitlin more confidence moving forward with her aquarium, and I am as excited as her at where the hobby takes her.
